ēCO Credit Union has a strong commitment to the communities where our members live, work, and play. We are excited to continue the #eCOmmunity program in 2022. We are proud to recognize those who go above and beyond for their community through the #eCOmmunity initiative.
Each month, members of the community who embody the credit union philosophy of “People Helping People” are nominated by ēCO employees to be “Credit Unioned.”
Hope Finley, Marketing Director, nominated Pari Barzegari to be “Credit Unioned” for February. She said, “Pari is one of the most genuinely selfless people I know. She has a true servant’s heart. Pari never hesitates to be the first person to lend a helping hand, a listening ear, offer a word of advice or encouragement, or give a much-needed hug. I am so blessed to call Pari my friend.”
Pari Barzegari just wrapped up three years at The Shelby County Chamber where she’s been working since she moved to Shelby County in 2019. Pari is a proud resident of the Chelsea community and loves planning fun events in her neighborhood, sometimes bringing neighbors together for other neighbors in need or celebrating events like their annual “witches ride”. Pari has begun a new role at Encompass Health and looks forward to this new adventure. She’s a proud mom to her sassy 9-year-old daughter, Alianna, and loves weekends exploring her new “home” with her husband, family, and friends.
“I have been fortunate enough to have worked closely alongside Pari for 3 years for various community events,” said Finley. “Pari prioritizes hard work and has been dedicated to helping businesses and individuals in our communities have availability to the resources they need to thrive and be successful. I would be lying if I said I wouldn’t miss her as she transitions to her new role, but I am excited to see all that she will accomplish. Pari’s compassion and empathy for others extends far beyond the workplace. I know her heart for others is unchanging, and that is what truly sets her apart.”
Hope Finley, ēCO’s Marketing Director, surprised Pari Barzegari on Friday, February 25,, with a gift basket and VISA gift card, during the “Keeping It Real” and “Bite of Reality” presentation at Helena High School.
“It was an absolute honor and surprise to be nominated and receive such a special gift basket from ēCO,” said Pari. “I love “twinning” with my daughter each year in the Children’s fundraising shirts! ēCO has such a large reach in philanthropy and I strive to give back in my community whenever possible.”
